Privacy Policy

How we handle the information you send us.

This policy explains how LC Performance Marketing handles the information you provide through this website.

When you submit the enquiry form, we collect the details you enter — such as your name, email, phone number, business name and what you tell us about your business — so we can respond to your enquiry and prepare a growth plan.

Enquiries sent from this website are received and stored in LC Flow, the lead-management platform we use. Its lead-capture script runs on every page of this site.

That script stores a small number of identifiers in your browser. One recognises a returning visit and is kept for up to 180 days. Others record how you reached us — for example the page that referred you and any campaign or click parameters contained in the web address you followed — and are kept for up to 30 days. A further identifier groups activity within a single visit and expires after about 30 minutes without activity.

Those identifiers are stored on your device as you browse. Loading a page requests the script itself, but no enquiry or form data reaches LC Flow until you submit the form — opening a page does not create an enquiry.

We use your information only to contact you about your enquiry and to understand which marketing activity leads to genuine enquiries. We do not sell your information.

Separately from the enquiry form, LC Performance Marketing may use measurement technologies to understand how this website is used, to measure enquiries and conversions, to judge how well our advertising performs, and — where we enable it — to show our advertising again to people who have already visited.

We treat that measurement as two independent categories. Analytics covers understanding how the site is used. Advertising and remarketing covers measuring advertising performance and reaching people who have visited before.

Depending on which services are enabled, our measurement providers are Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta technologies. Google Analytics is the provider for analytics measurement; Google Ads and Meta technologies may be used for advertising measurement and remarketing.

Whether any of those technologies may measure on a visit depends on the privacy choices saved in this browser and the rules that apply where you are. If a measurement category is not permitted, measurement in that category does not run.

You can refuse either category at any time under Privacy & tracking choices on this page. A refusal takes effect from the moment you save it and applies to future measurement only — it cannot recall anything already measured, and turning a category back on never sends what happened while it was off.

Your choices are stored only in the browser you make them in, as two simple on/off preferences. They are not sent to us, not attached to your enquiry and not linked to you, so another browser or device starts with nothing recorded. Removing a refusal only removes the refusal; whether measurement is actually permitted still depends on the rules that apply where you are.

You can ask us to access or delete the information you have submitted at any time by contacting us through this website.

You can also reach us directly at [email protected].

Privacy & tracking choices

Choose what this website may measure. Your choices are saved in this browser and take effect as soon as you save them.

Measurement you can turn off

  • These choices apply to future measurement only. Nothing measured before you saved them can be recalled or resent.
  • Turning a category back on only removes your refusal. It does not by itself allow measurement — whether anything is permitted still depends on the rules that apply where you are.
  • Your choices are stored in this browser alone, so another browser or device starts with nothing recorded.
