Who we help
Who we help: Gold Coast tradies
We work exclusively with trade businesses across the Gold Coast and surrounds. The system is the same for each of them — be easy to find, easy to check and quick to respond — but what matters most changes from one trade to another.
Use this page to see where your business fits: what changes between urgent work and planned projects, which group your trade sits in, and which service pages cover the detail.
What stays the same in every trade
Easy to find
A Business Profile and a website that say plainly what you do and the areas you actually work.
Easy to check
Your own photos of real jobs, who runs the business and how to reach them. Not stock images.
Quick to respond
A tap to ring, or a short form that asks only what matters, followed by a fast reply.
Judged on work, not clicks
Enquiries move through Contacted, Quoted and Won or Lost in LC Flow, our lead tracking and response platform.
LC Flow tracks enquiries from connected website forms. Phone enquiries sit outside this form connection. Source and campaign information is shown where available.
Same system, different emphasis
How the approach changes by trade
Most trades sit somewhere between two kinds of work, and plenty of businesses do both. The searches behind an urgent repair and a planned project look different, so they need different pages and different follow-up.
When something needs fixing
For work people need done soon, speed matters most.
- Being found
- People type the job, and often the suburb, straight into Google. The local results and Maps sit between that search and the call, so an accurate Business Profile and Search ads kept to the jobs and areas you take do much of the work.
- Responding
- The number first, then the area you cover and what to expect. The person searching may well have contacted more than one business, so the speed of the first reply matters.
- Proof
- Reviews, your own job photos and a business name that matches the one on the ute and the invoice. Quick reassurance, not a long story.

When it is a considered project
For larger projects, people compare before they get in touch, so real projects and proper follow-up matter more.
- Being found
- The decision can take a while, and people may come across you before they ever search. A page that explains what the job involves gives them somewhere to land, and Meta Ads can reach people in the areas you serve before or outside a search.
- Responding
- A form that asks the right questions, then follow-up that keeps going while they compare quotes. A project enquiry can take a long time to turn into signed work.
- Proof
- Completed projects of a similar type and scale, shown with your own photos, and licence details people can check for themselves where your trade is licensed.

How we work
What you can expect
Straight reporting
We focus on what can actually be improved, then report back on what happened. We don’t promise a number of enquiries, jobs or rankings, and nobody can promise a place in the local results or on Maps.
Only your own work
Your reviews, and photos and videos from your real jobs. We don’t invent reviews or pass off another business’s projects as yours.
Your profile stays yours
The business owns its Google Business Profile. We work on it as a manager, never as the owner.
The right page for your trade
Builders have a page of their own. For every other trade, the service pages go into the detail.
